In 2016, he played the role of Batman in Men.com's gay porn parody of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,^[4] titled Batman v Superman: A Gay XXX Parody, which was the Best Porn Parody winner at the 2017 Cybersocket Awards.^[5]

Trenton has dated fellow gay porn star Tate Ryder.

In 2014, Ducati married Colombian go-go dancer David Rest.^[6]^[7]
