the training of social workers refers to the means, methods, and processes, designed to teach social workers various Learned skills. usually training at the beginning of the social worker's career is given in the university or collage that thay attend and then further in graduate school. later in there career social workers may be trained by the organization they work in, or by private companies or professional associations who provide such training for continuing education credit (credits social workers need to accumulate every so often to keep their social workers license valid).
