Theodore Hoss was a businessman and politician in Centralia, Washington His father immigrated from Germany. He had a meat market and headed Centralia's power company.[1][2] He was a Democrat.[3]
He was president of the People's Co-Operative Telephone Company of Centralia.[4] He served as a county commissioner of Lewis County, Washington.[5]
He was one of the partners who arranged a franchise to operate an electric railroad from between Centralia and Chehalis, Washington.[6]
A Deomcrat, Hoss ran for congress in 1918 but lost to Republican incumbent Albert Johnson.[7]
