The spinning fish with low quality funky town playing in the background is a video posted to YouTube by the creator, Professtional_Retard. The video includes a fish of unknown type or origin spinning with funky town playing. The fish seems to be a salmon or type of carp due to its size and fins. The song funky town was made by Lipps Inc., but was put into low quality by an unknown user. Unfortunately that's all we know. Please add anything you know.
