James Christopher Monger of AllMusic states that it collects "15 tracks from the mercurial English pop group, culled from all of their albums up to 1993's Elemental." going on to state that it "keeps the collection relegated to the shadows behind far better overviews like Shout: The Very Best of Tears for Fears and 2006's Gold."[1]
