The Roblox Innervation Awards formally The Bloxy's[1] is an yearly award show that goes along with the Roblox Developer Conference as of 2022. the Bloxy's in 2020 were held on Mar 31, 2020 on YouTube witch 2020 was one of their biggest years yet. In 2013 it use to called the hall of Fame awards. It also use to be called the ROBLOX Film Festival and use to be streamed on Twitch but now on YouTube.[2][3] In 2022 the name was changed from the Bloxy's to The Innovation awards. The event use to be held on Twitch and on YouTube and also in game but now the only way to watch it is from the Roblox Developer Conference or YouTube. The show takes the biggest creators and game developers on Roblox to win some awards like Game of the Year and Video star of the year. The 2014,2022 and 2019 Bloxy's are Lost media as we don't have the stream since Roblox Deleted it.
History

[edit]The Innovation Awards (formerly ROBLOX Film Festival, Hall of Fame, and the Bloxys), is an annual event held by Roblox. It aims to recognize the artistic, creative, and social abilities of its playerbase. Originally intended for video creators and animators, the program has expanded to officially include artists, social media influencers, and game creators. Near the end of each year, the Roblox community can send in their vote for each category, where (for most categories) five final nominees are picked at a later date to finalize the voting process. The results are then streamed on platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.
The first Bloxys was the 2013 Hall of Fame and the ROBLOX Film Festival, shown during the BLOXcon 2013 event. Unlike future editions of the Bloxys, this was the only Bloxys that had winners revealed at different times and locations (except for the Virtual BLOXcon 2013).
As of 2022, Bloxys have been succeeded by the Roblox Innovation Awards. Unlike the Bloxy Awards, the Roblox Innovation Awards is an in-person event that is held during Roblox Developers Conferences.
