Language Learning & Technology (LLT) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published online by the National Foreign Language Resource Center.[1] at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa[2] since 1997. It is currently sponsored and funded by the National Foreign Language Resource Center (NFLRC) as well as the Center for Language & Technology (CLT)[3] at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. This journal’s focus is to provide both foreign and second language educators with research on problems related to technology and language education. LLT’s focus is not strictly restricted to technology, but rather has a wide scope that encompasses all issues related to language learning and language teaching, and seeks to see how those issues are affected or enhanced by use of digital technology.[4]
