Tina, Rog & Mui Thomas[1] are Hong Kong based motivational speakers and activists known for their mental health initiative: The Girl Behind the Face (founded in 2015)[2]. Mui Thomas was born with the appearance altering Harlequin ichthyosis in Hong Kong. Tina, Rog & Mui became full-time motivational speakers in 2020. They have given over 65 talks locally and internationally. In 2015 they gave their first TEDxHongKong talk[3]. Documentaries on their initiative have featured on, amongst others, CNN [4], BBC 2 [5], CNA[6], SCMP[7] & Barcroft Media[8], as well as in The Guardian (UK)[9], South China Morning Post (Hong Kong)[10] & Brigitte Magazine (Germany).
