It is not affiliated with any political party. It aspires to bring all gig and platform workers working with Ola, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Flipkart, BigBasket, Amazon, Dunzo, Shadowfax, and Urban Company, among others. They are actively engaged in organizing workers, policy advocacy and public discourse. They have organized free e-Shram registration camps in Telangana and registration camps in Telangana and registered more than 40,000 workers. They have also organized camps to file income tax returns and health camps for delivery workers and drivers. Scholarship programs for children of drivers and delivery workers have been rolled out for the last four years, and this initiative has helped 15,000 children to continue their education.
