Founded in 2019 by Kishan Tiwari (CEO) and Rimanshu Pandey (CTO), TSAW Drones is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company aims to revolutionize logistics using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), focusing on providing cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable solutions for industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and critical goods transportation.

TSAW Drones combines cutting-edge drone technology, AI-driven fleet management systems, and real-time tracking to provide advanced solutions for supply chain optimization. The company’s mission is to solve logistical inefficiencies across both urban and rural areas, focusing on sectors with high logistical challenges such as healthcare and emergency deliveries. TSAW Drones' flagship products, such as Adarna V2 drones and HyperPilot control module, allow them to execute autonomous deliveries and real-time tracking, contributing to India’s rapidly growing drone ecosystem.

2. History

[edit]

TSAW Drones was founded in 2019 with a vision to use the new field of drone technology to change the perspective that drones can be of much more usefull tool fo the whole society. So the initial development platforms were inspired from the hobby grade drone platforms. These new platforms used camera tracking and surveying capablities to help businesses and police for surveillance operations. Developing the drone platforms further to accomodate bigger camera's created a sense of more research requirement for the required tasks. Later the same largerpayload size drone were used for the logistics as well.

By the end of 2019, registered under stratup india scheme the company got incubated at Sharda Institute of Technology, Greater Noida, to continue research and development.

By 2020, TSAW Drones launched DRONECO, a logistics arm that handles the execution of drone deliveries, integrating both the hardware (drones) and software (fleet management systems) into one seamless solution. TSAW also introduced its UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management) system to handle the complexities of air traffic control for drone fleets, ensuring safe and efficient operations across various environments.

Nearing mid of 2022 the companies shift focused on the imense potential of logistics space and how drones can fit in to the picture. After several funding rounds and planned to enter indian logistics market, the comapny collaborated with Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi under the Foundation for innovation and technology transfer (FITT) scheme to accelerate the solutions to the market. During this period the company was headquartered in at IIT Delhi's Research and Innovation Park.

With the company now focusing in the traditional logistics industry using cutting-edge UAV technology. The founding team, led by Kishan Tiwari and Rimanshu Pandey, identified the potential of drones in solving key logistical challenges, such as last-mile deliveries in rural and remote areas, which are often inaccessible by conventional transportation methods. By leveraging drones for faster, safer, and more cost-effective deliveries, TSAW Drones set out to address inefficiencies in sectors that rely on time-sensitive logistics, such as healthcare and e-commerce.

The company quickly made a name for itself through its early focus on healthcare deliveries, transporting critical supplies such as vaccines, blood samples, and medications to areas with limited infrastructure. TSAW Drones' commitment to bridging gaps in healthcare delivery earned them recognition from both private sector companies and government agencies, leading to various operational trials and partnerships.

In 2023, TSAW Drones conducted several high-profile trials, including drone deliveries at AIIMS Raebareli and projects in rural areas like Ballabhgarh. These trials demonstrated the company's ability to handle large-scale logistics operations and solidified its role as a leader in the Indian drone ecosystem.

The company's success also attracted support from the Indian government as part of its efforts to boost drone innovation and streamline transportation logistics across the country. TSAW Drones' HyperPilot system has been instrumental in these developments, offering real-time tracking and traceability, which are crucial for safety and operational oversight in drone-based logistics in remote healthcare, e-commerce, and last-mile delivery solutions.
