History
[edit]Stephen Susman founded the firm in Houston in 1980, joined by H. Lee Godfrey in 1982.
The firm pioneered representation of commercial plaintiffs and defendants on a contingency fee basis.[2]
Cases
[edit]The firm won a $787.5 million settlement for Dominion Voting Systems in its defamation lawsuit against Fox News in 2023.[3]
