Early Life and Family
[edit]Suman Bichu Thirumala was born on October 21st in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, to legendary Malayalam lyricist Bichu Thirumala and Prasanna Kumari, a retired Finance Officer from the Kerala Water Authority. He grew up in a musically rich environment that nurtured his artistic talents.
Musical Career

[edit]Suman began his musical journey as a singer in 1984, performing for the Ayyappan devotional cassette Neyvilakku, with lyrics and music composed by his father, Bichu Thirumala. In 1985, he lent his voice to the Malayalam movie Satyam. Although the film was not released, the audio cassettes, produced by Tharangini Musics, were a commercial success.
Transition to Music Composition
[edit]In 1996, Suman transitioned to music composition, marking the start of a prolific career. He has composed music for films, devotional albums, and television series. His versatility and creative talent have made him a prominent figure in the Indian music industry.
