Subic-Clark Railway is a proposed freight railway line in Central Luzon, Philippines. The 71-kilometer route spans from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Zambales to the Clark Freeport in Pampanga.
The project was first approved in 2018, and initially supported by the Chinese official development assistance (ODA), which was withdrawn in 2023.[1]
