Stefano Tiozzo (born August 8th 1985[2]) is an Italian documentary maker[3], travel photographer[4][5][6] and youtuber.[7][8]

Biography

He hails from Turin[9][10] and originally studied dentistry in his youth.[4][11] He also played the piano and the guitar in the progressive rock band Baroque.[12]

In 2016 he left his career to pursue his passion for travel photography, working with tour operators.[7][8]

He ha presented his work in 2022 at the Decentral Art Pavilion during the 2022 Venice Biennale.[13]

In the autumn of 2022, he hosted the TV program Storie di Palazzi (stories of buildings) on the national television network La7.[3]

Starting from April 1st, 2024 he writes a weekly column (Gli angoli di Tiozzo, namely "Tiozzo's Hidden Corners" ) on the newspaper Avvenire.[1]

Personal life

Tiozzo is a vegetarian[14][15]

He is married to Russian singer and TV personality Sati Kazanova. The couple met at a mutual friend's wedding and started a long-distance relationship[16] which was later confirmed in a post on Instagram in 2017.[17] They registered their relationship in Moscow and had multiple wedding ceremonies both in Russia and in Italy.[18]
