Stardust Animation is an American animation studio and a subsidiary of Space Race, LLC. The company was established in 2020 by its founders Mark Risley, Michael Matays, and Matthias Schmitt. The company was best known for producing the award-winning PBS Kids series Space Racers, which was the company's only production to date.

The animation studio (along with its parent company Space Race, LLC) was shut down likely due to dormancy in 2022.
