Draft:Stanley Simons
Submission declined on 16 November 2024 by TarnishedPath (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: I'm not seeing WP:SIGCOV in multiple secondary sources which are reliable in this article. A lot of the references only mention Simons in passing and those that don't are interviews which are considered primary sources and therefore aren't relevant when assessing notability. I would suggest waiting until Mile End Kicks is released because when that occurs they might pass WP:NACTOR (depending if the film is notable or not). TarnishedPathtalk 11:16, 16 November 2024 (UTC)
