Srinivas Battul (born 2 February 1980) is an Indian entrepreneur known for his significant contributions to the real estate and wealth management sectors. He is the co-founder and managing director of Shubh Vastu Realty[1], a prominent firm in the real estate[2]industry. In addition, Srinivas Battul is the co-founder and managing director of Battul Srinivas & Associates, a company specializing in wealth management services. Beyond his business ventures, he serves as the Director of the Social Justice Cell Thane[3] for the International Human Rights Welfare Association[4] (IHRWA), where he plays a vital role in promoting social justice and human rights.
Early life and Education
[edit]Battul was born and brought up in a Telugu family in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. He was raised by his parents, Venkatesh Rayyapa Battul and Rammulamma Battul, along with his three siblings. Battul completed his early education in Bhiwandi and later earned a bachelor's degree in science from BNN College.[5]
Career
[edit]Srinivas Battul started his career as a college teacher. He then transitioned into the insurance business, providing insurance services. Following this, he established an office that offered a variety of government services, functioning as a Seva Kendra.
In 2002, Battul founded Battul Srinivas & Associates, combining his expertise in insurance with wealth management solutions. Later, in 2006, he started Shubh Vastu Realty, a real estate company.
In addition to his business ventures, Battul serves as the Director of the Social Justice Cell Thane for the International Human Rights Welfare Association (IHRWA), focusing on promoting human rights and social justice.
