Sprague Correspondence School of Law was a correspondence law school for aspiring lawyers in the United States established by William Cyrus Sprague, a protege of William Rainey Harper. It enrolled women and African Americans. It was pioneering and its success brought imitators. Traditional law schools pushed back against it.[1]
