SovereignBoss was founded in 2020 by Bert Hofhuis, an entrepreneur with expertise in later-life financial planning.[1] With a background in equity release, lifetime mortgages, and wealth management, Hofhuis launched the company to provide clear guidance and educational resources on retirement planning.[2][3]
