[edit]The Signal to Noise( S2N) is a film festival takes place within the Beaverton School District. Anybody from elementary school, middle school, or highschool within the district can submit to the festival. The event is held annually, usually taking place sometime during may or april. It originated from Arts & Communication Magnet Academy in 2001.[1]
