Draft:Shuhan (Robert) Sheng

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Shuhan (Robert) Sheng is a Chinese-born interaction designer[1] and entrepreneur. He is the founder and designer of Beyz AI[2], a platform created with the intent of being an “AI job seeker counterpart.” [3]

Sheng conceptualized and designed the platform with the stated goal of providing job seekers with AI tools to counter AI-driven recruiting practices.[3] However, the platform’s ability to deploy its AI assistant in real live interview scenarios also sparked widespread debate and controversy.

By 2024, the platform gained over 230,000 users across 12 countries and achieved a 157.2% increase in monthly recurring revenue (MRR), leveraging the rise of generative AI.4
