Shantanu Prakash is an Indian entrepreneur recognized for his significant contributions to the education sector. He founded Educomp Solutions Limited in 1994, aiming to transform traditional teaching methods through technology integration. Under his leadership, Educomp introduced innovative platforms such as SmartClass, which played a pivotal role in the digital classroom revolution in India.
Prakash's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He is also a National Talent Search scholar.
Beyond Educomp, Shantanu Prakash[1]established the Learning Leadership Foundation (LLF) in 2007, focusing on implementing best educational practices in under-resourced schools.[2] He also founded the Millennium Schools,[3] a network of over 30 institutions across India, serving more than 35,000 students.
