Shana Orczyk Sissel (born 1978), is an American investor, businesswoman and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Banrion Capital Management, a financial technology firm.

Known as the "Queen of Alternatives" by industry peers, Sissel is a leading subject matter expert on alternative investments, a category that includes private equity, private credit, hedge funds, managed futures collectibles, non-traditional exchange traded funds (ETFs), mutual funds and interval funds.
