Sergei Vladimirovich Mikhailov (born March 17, 1971) is a Russian media executive.
He was the director general of TASS from 2012 to 2023.[1]
One of the founders of the Russian Public Relations Association, honorary member of RASO[3]. Member of the Russian Union of Journalists, member of the Moscow Union of Journalists. Author of more than 200 publications. Member of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
