Seisen Junior and Senior High School[1] is a private girls' junior and senior high school. It is a private, integrated, and located in Shiromeguri, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

It was founded by the Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Roman Catholic religious institute that was founded in Madrid, Spain, in 1877 by two sisters, María Dolores and Raphaela Maria Porras Ayllon. It has five sister schools in Japan and 63 sister schools in 17 countries around the world, including Europe, Africa, Latin America, India, and the Philippines.

Classes are taught in Japanese, but English class for native speakers is held. Some graduates have gone on to study at universities such as the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, and Keio University.

One of the sister school of Seisen International School located in Tokyo.

It is also famous for its chorus activity winning many prizes in Japan and in the world.
