Sanjay Biyani is the founder of the Biyani Group of Colleges and a career counselor based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Since 2008, he has been involved in career counseling through Biyani Career Zone, a career guidance center in Jaipur. Sanjay Biyani was born in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In his early years, he worked with his brother, Rajeev Biyani, in various jobs to support their family. These experiences shaped his determination and work ethic.

Biyani pursued multiple academic degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and Master of Laws (LLM). He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds two PhDs in education and management. His background in finance led him to start coaching classes, which eventually expanded into several educational institutions, including Biyani Girls College, an important institution for women's education in Jaipur.
