Sameer Govani is a well traveled East African, Tanzanian native with Omani and Indian decent who currently resides in London, United Kingdom. A religious god-fearing man who serves the community and approaches life with integrity, ambition and drive. Sameer’s sheer resilience and ability to thrive in all the companies he’s created, managed and worked under serves as an inspiration to his peers and those that are aware of his story. A product of his environment, his open minded ‘firm but fair’ attitude contributed to his way up the ladder but most importantly he did it without knocking anyone over. Always putting his hand out in support for others. His strive for excellence and his vast experience from various sectors in his career makes him a perfect addition to any business or organisation he enters. He is assured to bring with him positivity, optimism but most importantly results. A free thinker who has designed himself to stand out and give the upmost dedication, once he is involved in a project of which he sees potential, he will always find the passion to uplift and make it grow even further whilst at the same time find ways to help and uplift his peers. His unique leadership skills did not come from a textbook, they came from real life experiences. Businesses are in a constant battle to hit financial goals and this oftentimes takes attention away from the people who enable the company to achieve their goals. Great leaders make it a priority to focus on employees first. There are endless avenues for achieving success within a company, but they all come down to strong leaders. To truly find success within an organization, it is vital to have leaders who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty, challenge their team, and build a positive environment that empowers individuals to make a difference and most importantly to take care of each other and grow as a family.
