Saeed Montazeri Moghadam is an Iranian researcher and data scientist specializing in computational neuroscience, biomedical engineering, and machine learning. He is a postdoctoral researcher at the BABA Center in Finland, where he contributes to the development of AI-based systems for neonatal care, including the world's first comprehensive AI-based neonatal EEG analysis package that is implemented into a cloud -based computing server (babacloud).

Education

[edit]

Montazeri completed his PhD in Computational Neuroscience at the University of Helsinki (2020-2024). He holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology (2014-2017), graduating with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Azad University (2009-2013), where he also graduated with distinction.

Career

[edit]

Montazeri's postdoctoral research focuses on AI-driven approaches for neonatal intensive care, particularly in the analysis of EEG signals.

Before his postdoctoral work, he held various research positions. He was a doctoral researcher and machine learning engineer at the BABA Center (2020-2024), where he pioneered innovative AI-based neonatal EEG analysis tools.
