Sad Romance (sometimes referred to as "Sad Violin") is a song from the 2003 Korean television drama Over The Green Fields. ^[1] It was composed by Ji Pyeong-Kwon.

The song has gained popularity particularly for its usage in memes depicting melodramatic situations. ^[2]
