About SEESA

Established in 1998, SEESA identified a demand among small to medium-sized businesses for affordable employment law services. Over time, it became evident that clients required more comprehensive solutions for various compliance and business needs in a constantly evolving landscape. Now, 25 years later, SEESA has expanded to 20 offices nationwide, serving over 30,000 clients across multiple industries with their legal compliance and business needs. The team consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals equipped to assist businesses of any size and industry.

Recognising that each business is unique, SEESA aims to understand clients' needs fully and provide tailored solutions. SEESA is dedicated to partnering with businesses to manage their legal compliance and business requirements, allowing them to focus on their core operations with peace of mind.

Social Welfare Programs

Bethesda Initiative (2015)

On Thursday, 14 June 2012, it was reported that Paul Rothmann, Magdarie van Staden, and Craig Wahl from SEESA visited Bethesda’s property. After learning about the children and families supported by Bethesda daily, they presented a donation of R30,000. Marzanne Cillie, Bethesda's Project Liaison Coordinator, mentioned that the funds will be used to renovate a room adjacent to the children's ward into a bathroom for their exclusive use. Currently, the children share a bathroom with adults. The new bathroom will be child-friendly and easily accessible, and bed alarms will be installed for the adult patients. The donation handover took place on Monday afternoon at Bethesda's premises in Rosemoor. Bethesda provides medical care for up to 36 patients in their in-patient unit, a home for 45 orphans and vulnerable children, and community-based care for approximately 600 clients in the George area. The organisation employs 126 staff members.

Tukkies Initiative (2015)

In early 2015, SEESA approached the University of Pretoria (UP) with an initiative to support law students. They proposed phased funding to assist students in the Faculty of Law, starting with those graduating in April 2015 by clearing their outstanding study loans. This enabled graduates to enter the workforce without the burden of loan repayment. One beneficiary, Mikateko Ngomane, was able to complete his Master’s degree in Mercantile Law and start full-time employment. Another recipient, Monica Sonjani, completed her LLM in International Law, Air, Space, and Telecommunication Law, expressing relief that the bursary helped her cover outstanding dissertation fees. SEESA's support has significantly alleviated financial stress for students, allowing them to focus on their studies. This partnership with UP exemplifies SEESA's commitment to making a positive impact on individuals' lives and contributing to a better future for South Africa. The University looks forward to continuing this meaningful collaboration.
