Ruthia He is the founder and CEO of Done, a digital health company that treats mental health primarily by prescribing Adderall.

Education and Career

She has a masters degree in product development from Carnegie Mellon University, and a bachelors degree in communications at Peking University. She previously worked as a product designer at Facebook.[1]

Crime Activity

She was indicted and arrested on June 13, 2024 for "a scheme to distribute Adderall over the internet, conspire to commit health care fraud in connection with the submission of false and fraudulent claims for reimbursement for Adderall and other stimulants, and obstruct justice."[2]
