The Round Table of Orange County, or RTOC, is a men's organization founded in 1981 by Dirk Eldredge. The group meets every Friday morning for nine months out of each calendar year between September and May, and membership is on an invitation-only basis. The group currently has approximately 45 members.

The group aims to promote friendship amongst its members and centers around 30-40 minute talks given at each breakfast. As the club has no political or religious affiliation, talks generally focus on secular and apolitical themes of interest to the speaker. Awards are given each year for best speech and best-researched speech.

Meetings are generally held at country clubs or other prestigious meeting spaces in Newport Beach, CA and the location periodically rotates based on the preferences of the group's leadership.
