Robert McFarland (April 15, 1832 – October 2, 1884) was a justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court from 1871 to 1882.

appointed December 1871 (vice T. A. R. Nelson); elected 1872, 1878; resigned because of poor health 1882; born in Smith County, Tennessee; major in Confederate Army[1]
