Replay Poker, also known as replaypoker.com, is an online free gaming platform that enables its users to play poker for free, without the need for real money.[citation needed]
History
[edit]Replay Poker was founded by Paul Gould in 2005 in Sweden, who later moved the company's offices to London.[1] He remained its owner and CEO until 2020, when its ownership changed in a non-disclosed deal.
Services
[edit]Replay Poker offers a free-to-play online platform where users can engage in virtual poker games using play money.[2] Players can get in-game money from signing-up, from their friends or by spending real money.[3] As in-game money can't be cashed out, players can't bet or win any real-life money. Thus unlike other poker platforms players can experience or learn poker without the fear of losing real money.[4]
The platform features various poker types and tournaments including no limit Hold'em, Pot Limit Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, Royal Poker, 7 Card Stud and 7 Card Stud Hi/Lo.[5] An Android app, by the name, 'Replay Poker: Texas Holdem App', is also available on Google Play store.[6]
Replay Poker frequently publishes online research on its public discussion forums, pertaining to public interest.[7][8][9]
