Hazrat Allama Rehan Raza Khan alias Rahmani Miyan Qadri Barelvi (Rahmatullah Alaih) was the fater of Akhtar Raza khan born on Friday, 18/ Zil Hijja 1325/ Hijri according to 1908/ AD in the locality of Khwaja Qutub Bareilly Sharif in the Markaz-e-Aqidat city of Bareilly Sharif.
