RAVE Restaurant Group, Inc. is an American multi-brand restaurant operator headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

History

In June 2011, Pizza Inn launched the fast casual restaurant Pie Five Pizza, which specializes in customizable pizzas that are made within five minutes, in Fort Worth, Texas. They had five locations within the Fort Worth area by the end of the year. As of January 2015, they had 31 locations.

On January 9, 2015, as Pie Five Pizza locations began to increase, Pizza Inn Holdings (ticker symbol: "PZZI") was rebranded as Rave Restaurant Group (ticker symbol: "RAVE").[1]

In May 2018, Rave Restaurant Group opened its first PIE by Pizza Inn Express pizza kiosks with Delaware North at the Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport.[2]

In October 2019, RAVE Restaurant Group announced that its board of directors has named Brandon L. Solano as chief executive officer.[3]

In March of 2024, Rave announced a few executive appointments, with Jay Rooney being named as chief financial officer.[4][5] As of Dec 2023, Pizza Inn’s domestic unit count was 112 while Pie Five had 24 domestic restaurants.
