Rahgir (born 18 May 1993 as Sunil Kumar Gurjar[1]) is an Indian singer, composer and song-writer from Sikar, Rajasthan.[2][3]
Early Life and Education
[edit]Rahgir was born in Sikar, Rajasthan, India.[4][5] He completed his early education at Indira Senior Secondary School in Khandela, Sikar. He later pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications from Lovely Professional University, Punjab.[6]
Career
[edit]Rahgir initially worked as a software engineer at Accenture for 1.5 years from 2014 to 2016.[7] He then began performing at local cafes and clubs in Pune. He is known for his original compositions on YouTube.[8]
His stage name "Rahgir" means traveller, as he has travelled 16 states in India with the aim to share his poetic compositions and melodies.[9][10][11]
