Early Life and Education
Pushpendra Kumar Dwivedi was born into a middle-class family in Maatpur, Teerth Raj Prayagraj,Uttar Pradesh.He completed his schooling at GIC until the 12th grade and then pursued higher education in Delhi, where he graduated.
Career and Contributions
After graduation, Maa Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj worked under the guidance of Chandra Swami Ji. During his service, he delved into spiritual subjects. such as astrology, tantra, yoga, and the study of Vedas, Vedanta, and Puranas. His tenure with Chandra Swami Ji provided him with opportunities to interact with many notable figures, including former Prime Ministers Shri P.V. Narasimha Rao & former Prime Minister Shri Chandra Shekhar Singh, along with various other distinguished personalities and industrialists.
For 15 years, Maa Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj's life was significantly influenced by Shri Chandra Swami Ji. After the passing of Chandra Swami Ji, he established his residence/Ashram at Shri Dham Vrindavan.
Maa Tulsi Peeth Initiative
Maa Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj, initiated the construction of a temple dedicated to Maa Tulsi Peeth spread over 100 acres of land. This project encompasses a wide range of community services, including Maa Tulsi International Gurukul Vidyalay,Maa Tulsi Vishwa Vidyalay, Maa Tulsi International Hospital,Maa Tulsi Cowshed,Maa Tulsi Old Age Home,Maa Tulsi Anathalay,Maa Tulsi Bhojnalay, & Maa Tulsi Guest Rest House. These initiatives are aimed at providing education, healthcare & support to various segments of society.
The foundation for these projects is being laid in Bridge Bhoomi Mathura Vrindavan, UP, with additional branches planned between Bhopal and Indore in Madhya Pradesh and between Mumbai and Pune in Maharashtra.Maa Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi ji Maharaj aims to expand these branches globally, emphasizing the importance of education for achieving peace and stability worldwide.
Activities and Achievements
In 2004,Maa Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi ji Maharaj relocated to Vrindavan, where he reopened an old school, gifted to him by his Guru Jagat Guru Vasudevacharya Swami Vidya Bhaskar Ji Maharaj. By 2005/2006, he had renovated the school and established the office of Maa Tulsi Peeth at the same location. Since 2008, through the Maa Tulsi Foundation, Maharaj Shri has been providing cooperative education to children, mothers, sisters, and daughters across various states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, and even internationally. He remains committed to continuing these efforts in the future.
Recognition
The title "Ma Tulsi Peethadeshwar Swami Shri Shri Tulsi Ji Maharaj" was bestowed upon him by the saints of India in recognition of his contributions to society.
