Career
She was Professor at Global Business before joining Unisa School of Business Leadership as the Executive Dean and CEO, prior to that she was in Learning and Development at the South African Reserve Bank, went to be an Adjunct Professor at the Durban University of Technology [3], also became an Executive Dean at the University of Limpopo Professor and Area Head, she was a Leadership and HR Editor in Chief at Green Publications and lastly an Executive Dean at the University of KwaZulu-Natal
