Prince Charming is an upcoming American romantic fantasy film co-written and directed by Paul King. It is an adaptation of Charles Perrault's 1697 fairy tale "Sleeping Beauty". It stars Chris Hemsworth and Daisy Edgar-Jones.

In July 2015, it was reported that Walt Disney Pictures had bought a live-action script of a fairy-tale Prince Charming, written by Matt Fogel. David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman would produce the film thorough Mandeville Films along with Tripp Vinson.[1] In October 2024, Paul King had been hired to direct, with king co-writing the screenplay with Simon Farnaby and Jon Croker.[2] Chris Hemsworth was eyed to star in the lead role and principal photography is scheduled to begin in 2025.[3] The following month, Daisy Edgar-Jones joined the cast, with Hemsworth confirmed to star.[4]

Release
