Premier Alliance is a partnership soon to commence among existing shipping companies headquartered in East Asia, it will be focussed on companies located in the Pacific Rim countries. Its members will be Ocean Network Express, HMM, and Yang Ming, headquartered in Japan via Singapore, Korea and Taiwan respectively. These are the Asian members of the currently operating THE alliance excluding German-based Hapag-Lloyd, which will be coordinating with Maersk as part of the new European-based alliance, Gemini.

From 2025 onwards, Swiss-based MSC will be sharing container space with Premier Alliance.
