Pracheen Kala Kendra, established in 1956 in Chandigarh, is a premier institution dedicated to the preservation, promotion, and education of Indian classical arts. It was founded by the late Tandav dance exponent Guru Madan Lal Koser and Kathak Guru Dr. Shobha Koser.[1] It operates through over 3,800 affiliated centers in India and abroad, facilitating global access to training and education in classical arts.[2]
