Pimento (also known as flavour peppers or seasoning pepper) is a variety of chili pepper that is the most popular cooking pepper on the islands of Trinidad and Tobago.[1]
Cuisine
[edit]It is mostly used in Trinidad and Tobago cuisine as well as the cuisines of some other Eastern Caribbean islands. It is often difficult to find in other countries.
