Piémontaise salad, or salade piémontaise in French, is a French dish of Russian origin composed of potatoes, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, cornichons, diced ham, and mayonnaise, served as a salad.

It has the same origin as the insalata alla piemontese, a type of piémontaise salad composed of potatoes, peppers, anchovies, and lemon.

Piémontaise is a popular dish commonly served as a starter in French households or as a bistro fare.
