He participated in the conquest of Valencia, receiving a farmhouse called Montcada. In this farmhouse was an Islamic defence tower. He owned this farmhouse unti 15 May 1240, when Peter sold it to the king.
In 1255, Peter and his wife, received land from the University of Mequinensa to build a monastery.
