Patience Umo Eno (February 1967 – 26 September 2024) was the First Lady of Akwa Ibom State until her death. She was the wife of Pastor Umo Eno, the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.[1]

She died in the hospital after a brief illness[1]

She was a philanthropist, engaging in humanitarian services and philanthropic gestures such as: provision of food, free health care services, education, vocational training and financial support to women with multiple births,[2] senior citizens of the state, children and the elderly.[1]

Patience Umo Eno was the chairperson of the Akwa Ibom State Drug Control Committee[3](AKSDCC)
