Panglao Shores is a 50-hectare (120-acre) master-planned, mixed-use, under construction beachfront development located in Panglao, Bohol, Philippines.[1] The development will include multiple facilities such as an international medical facility, international convention center, town square, a retail mall, night market, beach club, farmers market and green spaces, and the project will be developed under the Bohol-based Alturas Group of Companies.[2][3]

The 50-hectare beachfront development will also include six hotels and resorts, with South Palms Resort becoming the first hotel locator in the development.[4][5]

The Panglao Shores development is currently under construction with its first phase of the project still ongoing, and the entire project is expected to be completed by the next 10 years.[6]
