Draft:Palapye Public Library
Palapye Public Library is a government department established under the National Library Services under the Ministry of Youth Gender, Sport and Culture (MYSC) to provide library services to the public in Palapye. The library has been an important provider of free books, information, ideas and education for the general public of Palapye since 1989. The public library is a branch of the Botswana National Library Services established throughout the country.[1]
Location
[edit]The library is situated Palapye Town. The branch location is in Boikago ward plot 21580, next to Palapye Immigration Office and Palapye Trust Centre offices in old Mall vicinity.
Membership
[edit]This allows citizens and non-citizens access to public libraries so that they may borrow books from all libraries across Botswana.All members of public are eligible for membership.Membership is applied for through aplication forms provided.[2]
Service hours
[edit]Opening hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 noon except on holidays.[2]
