OTV is a Russian TV channel broadcasting:
- OTV-3 — in Omsk and Omsk oblast from May 2000 to August 29, 2010.
- OTV — in Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai since November 1997.
- OTV — in Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region since December 31, 1997.
- OTV — in St. Petersburg and Leningrad oblast from April 1, 1998.
- OTV — in Chelyabinsk and Chelyabinsk oblast from November 6, 2003, until August 21, 2005, it was called the Regional Channel.
- OTV — in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin oblast and Kuril Islands since February 2007 .
- OTV — in Snezhinsk since 2005.
- OTV — in Serpukhov from May 13, 2013.
- OTV — in Dnipro (until 2016 — Dnipropetrovsk) and Dnepropetrovsk oblast.
