Norman Lazarus is a Professor at the Centre for Human and Applied Physiological Science, Kings College London.[1] His recent research has looked into how lifestyle choices such as excersise, diet and mental wellbeing can slow the ageing process[2] and keep the immune system young[3].
Norman was born in South Africa and attended University of the Witwatersrand[4]. Dr Lazarus lived and worked in the United States before moving to the United Kingdom[4], where he worked as advisor to the minister of health[5].
In 2020, Dr Lazarus released a book called The Lazarus Strategy: How to age well and wisely outlining the results of his research and how we can change our lives to stay well for longer.
